How soon can you come?
Surveys usually within a week. Leaks and storm damage within four hours in the area, with a temporary cover the same day.
Do I need to be at home?
For the survey, ideally yes, so we can look in the loft. For the work itself, only at the start and the end.
Can I send photos first?
Please do. A photo from the garden often tells us whether it's a quick repair or a survey.
