Ten years on new roofs, two on repairs
If a roof we built leaks within ten years because of our work, or a repair or leadwork within two years, we come back and put it right for free. New roofs carry an insurance-backed guarantee that stays with the house if you sell it.
What it doesn’t cover
Storm damage beyond the strength of the materials, damage by other trades (aerials, satellite dishes, solar fitters), and blocked gutters.
