We look at the roof with a drone and from the loft, and show you the photos.

A written price within two days, item by item, valid for 90 days.

Scaffold and build
On the date we agree: scaffold up, the old roof off, the new one on, tidied every evening.

Signed off
A last look with you, the guarantee in writing, and the yard takes the old slates.

Questions
Do I need scaffolding?
For most repairs a ladder or a roof tower is enough. Chimneys, re-roofs and anything near the ridge need a scaffold, which is always in the quote.
Is VAT included?
Yes, every price on this page and in our quotes includes VAT.
Do you work in the rain?
We strip a roof only when the forecast is dry, and never leave it open overnight: it's sheeted and battened down every evening.
What does the guarantee cover?
Ten years on a new roof, two years on repairs and leadwork: if it leaks because of our work, we come back and fix it for free.
