Quotes
Every quote is a fixed price in writing, including VAT, scaffolding and waste, and is valid for 90 days. If we find something the survey couldn’t show (rotten timbers under the slates, for example), we stop, show you, and agree the price before we carry on.
Booking and weather
We book a start date with you and strip a roof only when the forecast is dry. If the weather moves the date, we tell you as early as we can; a roof is never left open overnight.
Deposits and payment
Deposits are taken off the final invoice and refunded in full if we cancel. The balance is due within seven days of sign-off, by bank transfer or card.
